If for any reason you are not completely pleased with any non-customized item, you may return it for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in original condition and in the original or similarly durable packaging. Shipping/gift wrap charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Grammatical errors, typos or other text errors which you've submitted in regard to customized items are your responsibility.
