PROOFS
You will receive a proof of your artwork via email. This is your opportunity to review for accuracy and to make changes. If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours, the order will go into production. At that point it will not be possible to make any alterations.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Where do you ship?
Items can be shipped anywhere within the 50 United States and to any APO address.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Because most of our products are custom orders, please allow us up to five business days to create and assemble your gift. We’ll notify you via email when your order has shipped. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and your email message will include the delivery confirmation tracking number(s). Most orders arrive within 2-3 days.
Is there a way for me to determine shipping costs before I've committed to placing my order?
Yes; place the item(s) in your shopping cart, then click on "calculate shipping cost." You'll be asked to enter your zip code, and the dollar amount will be displayed.
How are shipping charges determined?
The cost to ship is based on the package weight and distance it will travel. We never mark up shipping, nor do we add handling fees.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
What materials are used in creating and mounting the wall art?
Each piece is individually finished by hand; nothing in the store is mass produced. Our artwork is printed on Epson Professional Archival Paper; this exceptional stock yields excellent color reproduction and optimum high-resolution output. Inks are archival quality Epson Ultrachrome K3 ™ technology which provides outstanding color fidelity.
We use buffered and acid-free museum quality matboard, acid-free foam core backing, and archival quality paper hanging tape. Premium matboard will not yellow over time.
If you choose the Framed and Finished option, we’ll use acrylic glazing for your piece. Acrylic is as transparent as the finest optical glass, with measured light transmission qualities ideally suited for framing. We use it for a number of reasons: it's distortion free, it has considerable UV protection properties, and it's much more shatter resistant and lighter than glass. This protects the artwork in transit and reduces shipping costs.
All the frames are wood. To finish each piece, a dust cover is applied to provide a final layer of protection, and guards are added to protect the wall. You can view our frames and find out more about the framing process here.
What does "Frame Ready" mean?
Your artwork will be produced using the same premium materials as the Framed and Finished option; the same inks, paper, and matboard. It’ll be mounted on archival backing board and placed in a clear, protective sleeve – suitable for presentation to the recipient, or ready for you to slip into the frame of your choosing. Whichever you prefer!
Customers who are unsure what type of frame will go best with the décor in the recipient’s home like the polished presentation of our Frame Ready artwork: the clear sleeve doesn't just protect, it looks good, too.
Is there any way to alter the personalization on an item?
Depending on the piece, the answer is often yes. Give us a call to discuss what you have in mind; we'll let you know if there is room within the design to accommodate the alterations, or we can suggest alternatives to achieve your desired customization.
Do you sell your products anywhere else?
No; we're pleased to offer you something special and unique! We design all of our own pieces, and they're exclusive to The Christian Gift.
CARE INFORMATION
How should I care for my wall art?
As with any piece you'll be hanging, avoid placing it in direct sunlight to prevent fading and other signs of light damage.
To remove any fingerprints from the glazing or for general cleaning, use a weak solution of liquid dish washing detergent and warm water. Wipe the area gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and allow the surface to air dry. Don't use glass cleaners as they may scratch the surface.
GIFT OPTIONS
I'm sending this to someone else as a gift, will the recipient see the receipt?
Any time an item is shipped to another address, we include a gift receipt in the package (which excludes price). You will receive your copy of the receipt via email.
This is a gift and will be sent directly to the recipient; is it possible to have the item wrapped?
Absolutely! Gift wrapping is available for all products. You'll be able to include a message to the recipient as well. Look for the gift wrap option at the bottom of each product page. (You are more than welcome to include a gift note whether or not you select the gift wrapping option.)
CUSTOM DESIGNS
I'd like to create a design specifically for our service organization, featuring our logo. Is this possible?
Yes! To help churches and service organizations say "thank you" in an even more personalized way, we're pleased to offer a unique option: your own custom design featuring the visual you supply! It could be an interior or exterior shot of your church, or your logo, or your tagline. You'll find more details here.
RUSH ORDERS
My event is a week away. Can you put a "rush" on my order?
Personalized items are all custom-created and obviously cannot be made in advance; by necessity production time is required. For example, once the artwork is printed it requires sufficient time to dry and fully absorb the ink solvents before it can be mounted. This is why we ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to create your gift. However, if you need your order more quickly, please call. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Do you have a printed catalog?
To keep our costs as low as possible, we don't offer a printed catalog. You can view all collections online.

What credit cards do you accept?
The Christian Gift accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes! The Christian Gift orders are protected and secure. The connection between your browser and our server is encrypted (the entire site is secure); the information you submit during checkout is totally private.
You can tell you're on a secure page by looking at the URL; there you'll see a lock icon.
I'm still not comfortable sending my credit card information online. Is there another way to make a purchase?
Certainly! You may always place orders voice-to-voice.
